1. YOUR ORDER

You can check out the ABOUT section, under subscription, where full details on our subscription packages and what it consists of is available. 

 

All subscription packages are attached to the agricare limited form.

 

At the end of the form, subscribers can submit questions or changes regarding  subscription packages and delivery details.

 

Please note address and location is needed for scheduled dates of delivery.

2. CHANGES & SPECIAL REQUEST

Choose from the list of items you’re able to change and swap those you don’t like with more of what you love or want.

Feel free to share any additional info if needed for delivery purposes.

Your changes and requests will be reviewed and confirmation would be sent 48 hours before the next delivery date.

 

3. CROPS LIST

Crops are not purchased off of grocery shelves.

 

Everything is freshly picked and prepared for your next delivery.

 

We avoid food wastage by only receiving what we need to fulfill orders.

4. DELIVERIES

Your CAREbox is prepared the morning of delivery.

 

Ice packs are added for perishables to ensure freshness.

 

A live location would be sent to you so you’re able track your order and you’re aware of the estimated time of arrival for your delivery

5. WE SHARE, YOU SHARE

Use the ingredients provided in your CAREbox along with our recipes and cooking tips shared with you to inspire you in the kitchen. 

 

Feel free to share your recipes and cooking tips with us via email or our social media pages and we’d be sure to give you credit.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I have to subscribe? 

No! You don’t have to subscribe to get a CAREbox from agricare. You can order one off careboxes that doesn’t require a subscription.

Can I order a One-Time CAREbox? 

Yes!! We do One-Time CAREbox's by orders only. This allows us to support our local farm partners with meaningful harvest commitments and keeps our food waste at less than 1%!

Something is wrong with my order. What can I do? 

Please let us know ASAP and we’ll make it right. If an item is broken/spoiled/etc., please take a photo so we can inform the maker, farmer, and/or packing team. Photos can be emailed to agricarelimitedtt@gmil.com or WhatsApp (868) 334-AGRI (2474).
